Once a year LaNard organizes ‘Leslie’s Holiday Socks for Tots’. In memory of his Aunt Leslie, the campaign collects holiday themed socks and slippers to be distributed to patients at Children’s Hospital of Michigan starting on Christmas Eve through the holiday season. Through Leslie’s Holiday Socks for Tots, LaNard is not only able to help make a child’s hospital stay a little brighter, but given Michigan’s cold winter months he has also helped keep them a little warmer.

During the three years that the campaign has existed, LaNard has collected several hundred donations from family and friends locally…and as far away as Missouri and Florida!
