Meghan Guo and her brother Michael along with their friends: Anna Sun,
Elle Catalano and Ruhi Nayak successfully completed a book drive for the African Library Project last Saturday, 4/25/2015. The group hosted two bake sales for money donation, sorted the books, and packed
the boxes. A total of 834
books were donated and total of 9 boxes have been shipped out for the community
library which will be built in Ghana. Through the entire project, they were touched by all the
people who helped with donating the books, money, and supported the bake sale. Their
generosity and kindness to help out was inspiring. Meghan and her friends have learned a lot from this project and are planning to do more in the near future.
